- A few recent Gallery additionsToday we added the photos we promised in the last update, from both the "MAMMA MIA!" premiere in Stockholm and the Swedish Open in Båstad. [ Gallery ] Sadly, we only have tiny ones this time, but if you happen to come across more pics of these events and/or high quality ones, please contact immediately!!! - Bad News & Good NewsFirst of all, apologies for the recent lack of updates, but we just returned from our summer vacation in Skåne (Sweden). Sadly, we must start with a bad Lena news: Her father Stig Olin died at the age of 87 in Stockholm. Read the obituary at WashingtonPost.com for more information. Our sincere condolences to the family.  On a lighter note: Lena is also enjoying the summer in Sweden. She attended both the premiere of the movie "MAMMA MIA!" in Stockholm and the annual Swedish Open in Båstad. We will provide picture material of both events soon, some can already be found in the Forum.For now, you can download and watch a clip of Lena, husband Lasse Hallström and their daughter Tora at the "MAMMA MIA!" premiere from our Events Video Archive. - Old GoodiesAs most of you might remember, Lena hosted one episode of the program "Sommar" on Swedish radio last year. Some time after the official broadcast, a bonus podcast was published with Lena talking about her experiences shooting "The Unbearable Lightness of Being". You can now download this rather short podcast from our Audio Archive (translation available). We also updated the translation of the main broadcast with some background information on Lena getting on the show.  Moreover, we added 3 absolutely adorable photos of 4-year-old Lena to the respective Gallery - or click yourself through the following links: One | Two | Three. - Little Video GaloreWe found 3 older clips resting in our archives and decided it was about time to share them with you: (1) a slightly confused Lena at the 2007 Swedish Open in Båstad (2) a very confused Lena at the "Awake" premiere in New York last year and (3) a simply adorable Lena at the 55th Emmy Awards 2003 where she was nominated as Best Supporting Actress for ALIAS. - Wanted: Fan Art & VideosSince we keep getting asked about adding creative submissions by fans to the site, we decided to extend our fan art collections. From now on you can send in all kinds of fan art, be it wallpapers, icons or music videos, whatever you have created to pay tribute to our beloved Lena Olin, and we will put them up here at LENA OnLINe. While the wallpapers and icons still need some overhauling (new contributions are very welcome!!!), we have set up a channel at YouTube where you can view and share your own little motion pictures starring "The Lena": the LENA OnLINe Video Vault. Moreover, we're asking all the little artists among you to not hesitate and send in your works featuring Lena and/or her films. We'll be happy to add your submissions to the site. - Gallery UpdateOn May 6th, the premiere of HBO Documentary Films' "ROMAN POLANSKI: Wanted and Desired" took place in New York City. Among the numerous celebrities were also the ever gorgeous looking Lena and her husband Lasse Hallström. We added 8 photos of the event to the Public Events 2008 Gallery. (Big thanks to Jen!)
